Jim will be presenting a program featuring Wisconsin State Parks and Forests at the Lapham Peak Unit of the Kettle Moraine State Forest-Southern Unit on Saturday, August 30 at 11:00 a.m. Following the presentation, Jim’s book, Wisconsin State Parks, Forests, and Recreation Areas: A Ranger’s Guide, will be available for sale along with a book signing. "Authorfest" at Point Beach State Forest: September 6, 2025
Jim will be joining other Wisconsin authors as part of Point Beach State Forest's "Authorfestaramapalooza" on Saturday, September 6 from noon to 3 p.m. He will give a 10-minute presentation featuring his book, and autographed copies will be available to purchase. The Friends of Point Beach will be doing raffles and selling beverages as a fundraiser for the parks' new playground equipment. The event will be held at the Point Beach State Forest Nature Center, 9400 Co. Hwy. O, Two Rivers, WI.
Richfield Historical Society: September 25, 2025
